Quick in check in and check out. Need to call hotel transfer at airport. Hotel breakfast is ok too.

Great service! Excellent breakfast and 24 hour coffee, tea, etc. Did NOT like the restaurant food. Great shuttle service.

The room is comfortable for a short one night stay to get refresh up for immediately road trips after a long flight..very convenient location near airport

The room was spacious and clean. It would be nice if the hotel provides the basic such as drinking water, toothbrush and toothpaste inside the rooms. The bathroom shower drainage is terrible in the room that I stayed. I checked out before the breakfast time so I cannot comment on that. Would I stay there again? Hmm, I think so, because the receptionist were very accommodating.

I have paid for my room online before check-in. However, I was charged again upon checkout.... and it was paying for a room that was not under my name!! Thank God I double checked. The staff checked and made a refund to my credit card without any expression or apology. It was so stressful to try to settle this while catching the shuttle bus. The driver looked friendly but I was taken aback when he shouted rudely at my aged mother who was hesitant at the door because the two front rows were all taken up and she has difficulty moving to the back row. A younger lady then offered her seat to my mom. When I had time to check my credit card bill later, I realized that the refunded amount was less than the amount wrongly charged to my card! I wrote to their guest relations but one and a half month later, I still have not received any reply from them. Although the shuttle service was prompt and room was clean and quiet, I probably will not stay there again.

Located very short distance from JFK airport. Hotel privides complimentary shuttle bus picks up and send off to JFK airport terminals. Upon arrival into JFK, i took Air train to Federal Circle and follow sign board to reach hotel shuttle bus picks up point. Driver Ivan is friendly and polite, transported us safely to and fro airport. Receptionist is friendly and quick in getting check in done within minutes. Room is clean and spacious. I had a very long flight arriving late evening into JFK and though hotel only provided basic needs, a comfortable bed and clean room with good hot water supply in shower was really what i needed most. Very simple morning breakfast served from 6am to 10am. Great coffee and orange juice, i had 2 slices of toast and a few pork sausages. Overall a very good experience and highly recommend for travelers who wish to stay near airport or for transit flight.

Good location,! Only 7 minutes away from JFK airport, Breakfast, beds and pillows were good.
