Location: Excellent! Walking distance to a lot of things and easy to hop on the subway. Cleanliness & Amenities: Not great. The room wasn't really clean. I found hair on the toilet seat and on the bathroom floor. There was no conditioner left in the bottle, and on my last day, I finished up the soap. It's to wonder if they even clean and check the room before the next guests. Service: Very friendly and welcoming staff. On the last day, I had a tour and asked to leave my luggage in the lobby. It was easy, and I picked it up later without any problems. However, be aware that a tip is expected and pretty much mandatory. The door man said to leave a tip first before I could leave my luggage. I'd have given something anyway, but I'm just letting you know what to expect. Breakfast: Do not expect much. You get a voucher that allows you to get one drink, one fruit, and one pastry/bread.

The hotel is at Times Aquare, but the hotel is not good. Very bad rooms and cleanliness, would Not reccomedn. Even the bathrooms don’t have body wash

Very convenient hotel, very near Times Square, but interior in the room is almost 50 years old.

The location is great! But the amenities sucks! Be very vigilant about your credit card monitor always your emails and msgs from the bank! My cc was used unauthorized by this establishment not just once but twice!

The hotel offers the most affordable prices and I’m in a great location surrounded by Times Square, great food, shoes, sightseeing spots, etc. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is accessible to Tines Square. There is a subway nearby where you can easily go to the places you can visit the New York City. It is not difficult to find restaurants where you can enjoy the foods. However, It is quite disappointing about the cleanliness in the room.

Honestly, it’s cheap for time square, room is spacious compared to most. Out dated furniture and dingy colors. 1980s design. Should be updated! The breakfast was a load of poop….don’t buy the breakfast!

Objectively speaking, the state of this hotel in this part of New York is quite poor. The room description says it was newly renovated in 2025, but it looks like it was renovated in 1995. The facilities are seriously outdated, the drainage is very slow, the tables and chairs are painted red and peeling, the air conditioning in the room is broken, and I'm glad I changed rooms or it would be so hot. The breakfast is like what elementary school students are given. I went to the front desk to get a piece of bread, an apple, and a cup of coffee. The room rate recommended by the coroutine is 2200 yuan/day, which is not good. I might as well book the Hilton next door. What kind of crap is this?

The hotel is located in Times Square, on Seventh Avenue, a 4-minute walk from the subway station. It's conveniently located near Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Broadway theaters, and the Hudson River. The only downside is that it's a bit dated.
