The hotel is in the city center, good location. It is convenient to go to various attractions in New York. But the facilities are a bit old. The bed is not very comfortable, too soft. It sunk in the middle.

I made a reservation for 2 nights, but on the first day, dozens of people were overbooked at the same time, so after waiting for two hours I was kicked out to another hotel.. Of course I didn't have a choice.. I don't know if I move right away. .. I stayed for a day and came back to it, except for the cooking facilities.

Very good. Great location, right next to Times Square in New York. The front desk is also very friendly. There are many restaurants nearby. The room is relatively small but it is enough for one person.

Absolutely blown away by Club Quarters WTC! The hotel is nice, but the rooms are amazing! Went for a work trip and this was everyone's first time staying at Club Quarters WTC. No one could stop talking about how great the hotel rooms were! So large and spacious, and loved that my room had a balcony (of sorts) overlooking the WTC Fountains. #1 best thing I've ever seen in a hotel, though, are the water fountains with water bottles available on every floor! This is truly a game changers and something that should be in every hotel!

It was a dream come true! My first time in NYC with my lovely girlfriend. Arlette was beyond above from the beginning. My girlfriend did not feel well and she was thorough by bringing her a hot water and vitamin c. And she was very kind for sending us some amenities to our room to celebrate our anniversary! Casey helped us immensely with recommendations: we visited Summit and a Jazz bar! The hotel was well located, near to the main attractions and it was clean, and beautiful overall. But the very best was the attention to detail from the staff. We looking forward to come very soon again!

My husband’s first time in NYC and he said it was the best time ever starting with our accommodations. The room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on clouds. We were on a high floor so we had no problem getting up and out.
