I came back to stay at the New California again, which has a great view of Bitan and a massage chair. Every time I don’t stay here for a while, I miss it so much! So coming here is a ritual for me. 💖 A bunch of big hotels, new and old, are built on the other side of Bitan. But I still like this new California.

The smell was very bad. After I reported it to the front desk, they perfunctorily sprayed some deodorant, but it got worse and worse. The whole room was filled with a strange smell, even the quilt had that smell, which really affected the quality of my stay. But the other room I was traveling with did not have this problem, so it is clear that there is a difference in quality between different rooms.
