The location is very good, near the Fuzhong MRT station. There is a 7-11 just around the corner downstairs, and there are also some food vending machines in the hotel. The single room has decent accommodation space, and can accommodate a 20-inch carry-on suitcase with some room to spare after opening it.
The air conditioning cannot be adjusted, which may be ok in winter, but it will feel a bit hot in summer. The sound insulation is a real problem. If you are a light sleeper (poor sleep quality), it is not recommended to stay here!!
But in this location, at this price, and with a simple breakfast included, it's a good value for money.

The public space is clean and the staff are very nice. There are also places to shop near Fuzhong Station + the functions are good. The room is decorated like an internet cafe and has poor soundproofing (earplugs are provided), but otherwise I feel the accommodation is very comfortable.
