The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, the room space is large, the service attitude is very good, the lobby has local tourist attractions, as well as local food descriptions, adjacent to the big shopping malls, convenient shopping.

The advantage of the old hotel is that the service standard is guaranteed, the environment is good, the breakfast is good, the front desk girl is warm, and she has been to Beijing, Xi'an and other places in China. The equipment is a bit old.

The hotel is at a great location,room was clean, staff was very friendly, only down fall is the parking they only give you 1 parking pass so if you have 2 vehicles you have to pay to park in a different parking lot a little pricey

The neighborhood is a high-end community, sharing supermarkets, restaurants and other fully furnished commercial centers; 2. The hotel is in a moderate location. It takes only 10 minutes to drive to Reitzwell Beach and 15 minutes to Wilmington city center, which is very convenient. 3. Room type and health are good, especially suitable for family vacations; The services are also better.

WONDERFUL place to stay! Only gave the lower mark for amenities b/c of Covid restrictions (breakfast wasn't much at all).

A really cozy and quaint hotel in Wilmington, very close to the beach. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend a stay here to anyone.

AC smelt a little bit strange, breakfast was great! Service very kind! Would go there again when staying in/around Wilmington!
