Schoene 2-Rooms mit Terrasse und Garten, tolles Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber, Nick and Ann sind stets bemüht den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Alles was man braucht ist hier vorhanden, auch Prospekte und jederzeit gute Tipps von Nick !

Ann und Nick sind tolle Gastgeber. Wir hatten die kleine Wohnung mit Garten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man könnte sogar keine Kleinigkeit kochen, es gibt Gewürze Essig und Öl etc. Das Frühstück war so liebevoll angerichtet und wurde uns ins Apartment zur ausgemachten Zeit gebracht. Der Weg in die Stadt ist kurz. Wir waren 3 Nächte da und haben es sehr genossen.

Stayed 3 nights at Annick House. Felt like our house from the start. Just safe, comfortable and convenient. Great hosts with history to Nelson. Fabulous fresh breakfast.Nick helped us tour, walking routes and taxis. Had great beer at his pub! Little Thai takeaway near his house had fresh dinners at reasonable price. Had our first NZ pie at downtown bakery.. too
good. Nelson will be hard to beat.

Wonderful stay at Annick House with fabulous hosts Nick and Ann. The apartment is very well appointed with a lovely terrace facing the garden. In an ideal position and very easy to walk into the town. The breakfasts are excellent with home made and home grown produce, beautifully presented and brought to the apartment. We loved it here and strongly recommend it as a perfect place to stay. Thank you Nick and Ann for making us feel so welcome.

This is a beautiful property. The hosts could not have been more helpful. There were many nice touches like biscuits to have with coffee and beautiful towels and linen. What a great place to stay.

A fabulous location with all you could for in a break away from home yet feel at home. The hosts are so kind and have the absolute best balance of chat and leaving us to our own thing. The laundry use was a bonus. And imagine- a BnB that actually serves a fantastic breakfast! Fresh, delicious with healthy options and a mix of home grown goods and produce.

Ann and Nick are fabulous hosts; they made us feel so welcome - and at very short notice. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed - definitely home from home. I loved the pictures and reading about Ann’s NZ heritage. We hung a load of washing on the line before we went out for the day and Nick even brought it in for us - definitely above and beyond. Breakfast was great and Ann’s homemade marmalade is the best. It certainly set us up for the day. We cannot recommend Annick House highly enough - thank you, Ann and Nick.
