I liked everything, the room has a balcony! True, it was a sunny day, it was very stuffy in the room due to the heat, but you can open the balcony and turn on the fan :) sunny side. There are 2 Wi-Fi in the guesthouse, one covers the first floor, the other the upper floors! The owner and her family are very hospitable :) thank you very much for the warm welcome

Lovely place. Lovely family. Rani's energy is amazing. Cherish all the memories of the time I spent here. Staying here every time I arrive to Lanka, and hope to do it again. Rani is more of a friend to me already than a hostess. Mixed banana-pineapple juice is a must-order thing.

The owners are really lovely and helped us organise our last day in Negombo, including a driver to the airport. The double room was clean and simple, just what we needed! It has good wifi. The Inn is based on a side road so quiet.

We stayed with Rani and her family for six nights (over Christmas). Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful (perfect tuk-tuk service to the airport on Christmas night). Large, very clean rooms, fair prices, highly recommended

A very cozy, comfortable hotel for relaxation. Very cool owners, kind, polite, caring, they are like a second family there. It was just me and my girlfriend, we stayed for 6 nights, had delicious food, had a great chat and spent time with the owners + received small souvenirs and, most importantly, unforgettable emotions. We recommend 10 out of 10

We where let down by our original booking and Rani hotel took us in with a great price. We extended by 5 days and loved our stay. Helpful and accommodating owners, it was the biggest room we have stayed in, the AC worked great and the rooms where clean…..and cleaned again after a few days with fresh sheets etc. It was literally 1 minute walk to the beach! Would recommend!

We were made to feel welcomed straight away by the hosts, great service provided by this lovely family. We had great breakfast every day and lovely home cooked curry. The room was spacious, clean and we also had acces to balcony which was a plus. There is also a mosquito net around the bed which was a life saver.Cannot recommend enough.

Rani and her family are such a lovely people and perfect hosts. They made us feel really welcome in Sri Lanka and gave us lots of useful tips. The room is big and comfy with the balcony and comfy bed with mosquito net. Breakfast is delicious and they can cook for you the best Sri Lankan curry 😍 We was worry at the beginning that there is no hot water but trust me - you will be glad about it cause Negombo is a hot place and cold shower is what you really need. The location is good, close to the shops, restaurant and the beach. When we back in Negombo we will definitely stay with Rani again!
