I know you get what you pay for and I had not much expectations for one night, I myself don’t care so much , just need a basic, clean place to sleep. However, this room was dirty and found a dead cockroach. Could barely sleep at night as a frog was in the room, I trapped it and then saw a giant cockroach that entered at the door. Could not sleep. Better to pay some extra money for good rest. I would not recommend this place at all, it is dirty and the reception guy was not nice at all. Told me check-out time was 11:00 when the website said it was 11:30-12:00. The only redeemable thing is that it is near the beach. The rest is yuck 🤢

Rooms ok, good value for money. My issue lies with the very poor management. I paid the cleaning lady 1500 rupees for breakfast and laundry. She then left 110 rupees on the table outside the room. After an hour, the money was still there, I thought it must have been the change and took it back in case somebody else took it. Later in the day I saw the cleaning lady standing at the table outside my room, looking for something. I then thought it may have been the 110 rupees, so I put it back. She then collected it. A couple of days after checking out, I received a text message from the manager with a video from the security system showing me picking up the money. Nothing else. As I was still in the area I called by and asked him why he had sent this. I explained what had happened. He was quite rude and told me I should have asked before taking the money, which made me feel like a criminal. I told him I would write a review, he said that was fine and he “spat” as I walked away. Not the way to treat customers!!
