The hotel does not give the luxury experience that previous Jetwing hotels gave us. The beach is very nice and the service is good. They bring water to your room, put a towel and pillow ready at the pool and the staff is very friendly. The air conditioning in the room worked very badly, there is a lot of noise in the room from the hallway, you can hear everything. There is often a very nasty smell in the hotel, a fish smell. The wifi is not great. The sheets also had dirty stains. If you are on the beach, you are also constantly bothered by sellers with clothes and such. The room was also not ready at check-in time.

The service was very good, but there were mosquitoes in the room, which woke me up several times. There is a large Catholic cemetery in front of the hotel. When I went out early in the morning on New Year's Day, I saw sheds being set up and graves being dug for burial... It's no problem if you don't mind.

My booking is sea view, front desk assign a room with most of tree view include a little bit sea view to my deluxe room booking. After twice negotiated, finally I got the nice sea view room under my expectation, but the feeling is really bad.

Hotel in the middle of the ghetto 😅 and thank God it is there, arrived late, it was quite close to the airport. The beach was clean, everything was fine in the room, the staff was polite. Nice bath and view from the second floor, but as soon as you leave the hotel... Negombo doesn't turn you on in general... we ate from the menu and it was delicious.
