良い点:アーユルヴェーダトリートメント。アーユルヴェーダ医が毎朝問診に来てくれて、その日のトリートメントを決めてくれます。ホテル内レストランのヴィーガン料理が最高に美味しい。たまにタンパク質も出ました。 あとは綺麗な清掃。虫とかも全て片付けてくれました。 悪い点:ヨガの先生が怖い。夜中までホテル外がうるさい。

Amazing space to relax and recharge your soul. I really loved how quiet and calm the whole place was. The food at the restaurant is amazing and the treatment at the spa is wonderful. Special credit goes to all the staff in this place. They are so friendly, warm and super helpful. I felt really looked after and cared for by all of them. They really know great hospitality! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Soggiorno indimenticabile. Le camere erano molto belle, il letto comodo e il bagno era molto bello. Abbiamo fatto il soggiorno con mezza pensione e il trattamento Ayurvedico. Si è super coccolati. Massaggi tutti i giorni, lezioni di yoga e meditazione. La a piscina è in un ambiente bellissimo e volendo si può anche usufruire della piscina del Jetwings Blue che si trova a pochi centinaia di metri. La cena seguiva la dieta Ayurvedica, età tutto molto delizioso e curato. Sé dovessi ritornare in Sri Lanka sicuramente ritornerei in questo hotel. Il direttore dell' albergo è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di fare un check out tardivo senza pagare supplementi. Il personale super gentile dal cameriere, alla massaggiatrice alla docente di yoga.

①ヨガ講師のクオリティが高くて良かった ②食事が美味しかった ③アユルベーダ医師のコンサルテ―ションに日本語通訳が初日と最終日に入ると聞いていたが何故か2日目のみ通訳が入ったのは何故ですか？ ④殆どのスタッフはおもてなしの精神に溢れていたが、一部レストランスタッフの行動と所作が雑で、スタッフどうしでお喋りしていてゲストが席に着いても気づかないなどの行為が残念だった ⑤バスタオルがとても重くてゴワゴワしていて使いづらかった ⑥ドライヤーのコンセントの位置が動線を考えて作られていない ⑦シャワーするとお湯が排水溝にきちんと流れきらずに床がすぐビショビショになってしまう

The staff here are very friendly and smiley, we instantly felt very welcomed. Because of some our itinerary conflicts, we got to the hotel at midnight, but the receptionist was very nice. Even though we are in Negombo, it feels like we are in a luxurious resort because of how spacious the hotel is. The Ayurveda doctor and staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable.

自然あふれる敷地内には綺麗なプールもあり、部屋によってはベランダもついているのでのんびりと緑を見ながらリラックスして過ごせます。施術と処方が素晴らしく、日々体の良い変化を感じることができました お食事も、体質に合わせた体に優しく美味しいコースメニューが3食楽しめて大満足です。 さらにGWのスペシャルプラントして、スリランカのお料理教室も開催していただきました！ 現地でしかなかなか見られない食材はとても興味深かったです✨️ 朝はヨガの先生が毎朝少し違うポーズを取り入れながらヨガを教えてくれます。初心者でも簡単に取り入れられるものが多いので、体と向き合うとても良い機会になります♀️ Jetwingグループのリゾートホテルのプライベートビーチも利用ができるので、夕日の時間帯に海辺に行ってのんびり夕日を眺めながらくつろぐことも可能です 自然豊かな場所なので、虫さんとの遭遇は不可避ではあるかもしれませんが、24時間レセプション対応をしてくれているので、スタッフがすぐに対応してくれて安心です

I did the 3 days ayurveda treatment. The 2 1/2 hours daily treatments are fantastic! You start the day off with a yoga session. The food is specially prepared according to your body type. The staff is very friendly and the food amazing! Perfect resort to undwind and relax
