We really liked the property. Good value for money. The only issue was there was a power cut and the hotel doesn't have its own generator. Not sure how often power cuts occur.

Old, dilapidated, repainted from the street
The hotel is old, dilapidated, repainted from the street and dingy from the back. The rooms are small and cramped. The bathroom is dirty and requires urgent renovation. The hotel surroundings are full of garbage. The beach is a tragedy!, run over by cars, very very dirty. Neglected swimming pool. I had booked a deluxe room with a view. I didn't get the room in the photos. Neither deluxe nor sea view. Nice service, bad breakfast (unless you like curry - I don't care)

Although the premises are a little dated, the ambiance, location, staff and the pool make this place exceptional. Of particular note was the breakfast staff member, Devon. His attention to detail and care was super. The hotel is also located just across the road from the beautiful restaurant Luckys.

Location is right on the beach with good view, but ambience is just average and breakfast food is very average.
