The hotel has a great location, the owner is very nice, the service is attentive, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the surrounding shopping and dining are convenient. It's a great vacation experience.

The room was okay, but the locals were singing karaoke at night, and they were still singing in the middle of the night. It was too noisy. Not recommended. If you want to know more about local life, you might want to consider it. There are residential areas nearby, so shopping is more convenient. In the morning there was a guy selling bread on a bicycle.

We booked for a double bed and got 2 X single beds. Managers explanation did not make sense, but we were too tired to try and get it sorted and accepted the single beds but didn't get offered a price adjustment.

Spent our first night in Sri Lanka & it was a perfect start after a long flight.Friendly staff, clean & has a good little restaurant & bar & very reasonably priced. Our room backed onto the Dutch canal & you could hear boat traffic at random times in the early morning but that's OK, but the exhaust fumes from them were strong, but that's not a hotel issue.

We stayed here for 1 night after arriving in Sri Lanka, Bandaranaike airport. Very nice hotel to arrive in Sri Lanka and travel from there. The rooms are very spacious and the rooms we chose all had a spacious private bathroom. With shower and toilet. Most rooms look out over the canal at the back and that is a nice view. Breakfast is a standard breakfast of bread, egg, jam and fruit, juice and coffee or tea. Good to start a day with. Host and staff are super nice and can organize and arrange everything for you. Keep in mind that this hotel is a 5 minute tuktuk ride from the more touristy part of Negombo. On the other hand, it is close to the station.
