The resort are too far from the beach and the beach also too bad, by the way the hotel didn't provide the TV & internet very slow and keep on cut off ... need to improve furthermore ....

Nice Hotel! We stayed there the last night before the resort closed down for renovation. The location is a little far away from anything so all you can do is enjoy the resort!.

very good atmosphere

The first stop of the Bawa Architecture Tour in Sri Lanka, 20 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is right outside the Indian Ocean. It has a tropical feel, the rooms are super large, and the bathroom is big enough for dancing. Bawa's design emphasizes ventilation and lighting, and there is a patio between the bathroom and the room. The room window faces the swimming pool, which is 100 meters long and is said to be one of the longest swimming pools in Sri Lanka. It is quite good for a hotel designed 60 years ago to have this level.

Jetwing Lagoon is one of the classics of the famous Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa, which perfectly blends design with nature. It makes full use of the natural landscape of the lagoon and the ocean. The hotel design incorporates open space, natural light and modern architectural elements to create a tranquil and elegant atmosphere. The hotel is located between the lagoon and the Indian Ocean, offering a dual water experience. You can enjoy the tranquility of the lagoon or walk to the beach to enjoy the magnificent view of the Indian Ocean. The infinity pool is a highlight here. Surrounded by the lagoon and the natural environment, my room faces the pool-this pool is 100 meters long and is said to be one of the longest pools in Sri Lanka. I got up in the morning and swam 800 meters, which is equivalent to four round trips. I chose this place as the first stop, on the one hand because it is close to the international airport, and on the other hand, of course, to experience Bawa's design!

The room is big. We arrived very late. The waiter was waiting attentively. The service was good, but the breakfast was a bit bland. The room was clean. The bathroom was in an open-air design, which had a very quaint feel.

The hotel is great, facing the lake to the east and the sea to the west. There is only a small road across it, so you can walk to the beach. The waiters in the hotel are relatively friendly. The number of rooms is limited and there are not too many tourists staying, so the waiters can take care of them. Very quiet and comfortable, a good choice for a quiet vacation.

The swimming pool is very good and clean

The hotel room has a great ceiling and a large area. The restaurant is next to the Indian Ocean and the breakfast is very pleasant.
