Hotel triste , chambre pas propre, draps sales et étant en rez-de-chaussée de chaussée on ne pouvait pas aller sur notre terrasse car pleins de gens étaient juste devant et Yvres et la musique très forte . Le repas du soir était très bon , par contre les chaises très sales ,pleines de tâches. Heureusement que nous sommes restés qu une nuit dans cet hotel

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend! Must mention front office Supun and Raj from F&B was supportive throughout our stay.

Customer service amazing especially Raj the F&B manager. Fantastic beach front setting. The rooms are extremely spacious and very very comfortable. Good location for town Breakfast delicious. Best I’ve tasted in 2 years living in Sri Lanka. Negatives - currently there is major construction work ongoing in the hotel. Until midnight last night!! Dust everywhere and noise. They don’t clean the room unless you ask. No new towels or bed made up. .

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel pour finir notre voyage au Sri Lanka, Akila fait d’excellents cocktails et le buffet est très garni. La vue sur la plage est incroyable. L’hôtel est situé pas très loin d’une rue passante où il y a quelques boutiques de souvenirs.

I have attended the hightea event with earls regent hotel which was really outstanding, and the buffet spread was really nice and totally different when compared to another hotel.In fact ,it’s really essential to mention few names such as Mr supun from front office and Mr Jude from the restaurant. so i do highly recommend this property without thinking twice.

We went to the hotel to spend the New Year’s Eve and it was a nice experience. I was bit upset with checkin procedures but they definitely made up for that with their New Year’s Eve party. Pool is clean with breathtaking view of the ocean. I must appreciate their efforts in arranging the New Year’s Eve party stunningly.

We had a great 31st night gala dinner and 2 lovely days at the hotel. Sea bath was great and dip in the swimming pool was so relaxing. Hospitality and catering were excellent. Staff were so friendly and kind to assist us around the hotel. Pool/ lifeguard ( Miranda) Room service (Supun) and catering staff ( Tharushika) were outstanding.

This is my 2nd vist at Earls.Amazing stay,thoroughly enjoyed, Fabulous Staff. Good hospitality and great food.Tharushika , Nuwan and the front office staff have looked after me and my Parents well. Thank you!We will come back.🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞
