The hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

The room where I stayed is very large and clean. But the room access card had always to go to the reception to activate again, even leaving the card away from other cards and mobile, it was a disorder because the hotel is big and the room I stayed was very far from the reception. O hotel é excelente. Tive a oportunidade de ficar em um quarto para pessoa com deficiência o que me permitiu ver pela primeira vez um quarto que realmente garante a acessibilidade e a inclusão das pessoas com deficiência.

Good points hot shower and the swimming pool is good to sunbathe. However in two weeks I never saw the pool being cleaned there is no life guard and you have to pay to get a towel for a sun lounger. The food is ok but I missed breakfast last few days due to the lack of variety. The owners clearly put profit before service. For a tiny piece of tuna with skinny chips £10. The staff try their best and due to the fact that 99.9% of the guests are from Brazil the lack of English is vast amongst the staff. Rooms are basic I asked to pay extra rather be stuck in a tiny box with noisy air conditioning. The only thing I suggest is you pay extra and go for one of the more luxurious hotels if you can find one. This place is 2* tops and that is me being kind.

Local de fácil acesso, ideal para descansar. Vista pro mar e piscina, Recepção e café da manhã maravilhoso. Tem uma estrutura simples, porém não impede de você aproveitar e admirar o nascer do sol, foi uma estadia bem proveitosa e tem opções de Restaurantes ao lado.

I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.
