Natal Hotels with Hot Tub

I booked the hotel to bring my mom so she could enjoy the stay after a cancer treatment during the Brazilian winter. The room is really nice, the staff is great, and the hot tub was a big reason to choose the hotel. But we could not use it as Vogal doesn’t have hot water (stayed in 2 rooms and had the same issue). It was challenging to take a shower, as the water at best was not freezing - not even warm. I’m vegan and informed it upon arrival so the kitchen could be prepared. I was informed it was not an issue. But breakfast was almost impossible and for the exception of my second night, there were almost no options to eat dinner - surely not worth paying for the food if you are vegan. Natal has great vegan options in many restaurants. If you are ok with no hot shower and a cold tub (Which should be fine in summer around here) it has nice amenities and very well trained staff. They were very polite when I complained about paying for 6 meals and having a hard time with 5 of them, explained to me what they would do internally só future guests didn’t have the same issue and how their policy is to not give a discount so too bad I could not eat. Went to my room to eat some peanuts.

The service is attentive, courteous and helpful, the reception desk is attentive and attentive, with Israel and other employees. The room is always tidy, towels are changed as needed, and most importantly, it emits a faint fragrance in a sterilized environment. The superior location is conducive to walking or driving in any direction. The sea view from the top floor of the hotel is breathtaking. The breakfast was good and the waiter served the food quickly. The installation is very good, and it is conducive to the use of elevators or stairs for guests of all ages. Congratulations to all employees and employees. 👏👏👏😄

Spent 3 nights in mid December with the family at the sister property Pontalmar Praia Hotel, which had its amenity areas under remodelling so most of our hotel time was spent at Rifoles Praia Hotel & Resort. Management was unified for the 2 properties so I'd assume the same treatment would be given if the situation I'm describing below happened at Rifoles: we had a 2-room reservation at Pontalmar -aveerage accommodation, decent breakfast, very poor internet connection. O the 2nd day my oldest son noticed that 2 Hurley board shorts were missing. Hotel could not provide any resolution: front desk claimed they needed to check with Security, which in turn handed over the problem to Housekeeping.. Management was non-existent until the very last minute, when someone from Rifoles was pulled in. She assured us that the hotel would get back in a couple of hours. No response that day. No response to my subsequent emails. I'd definitively avoid the property and its sister place, Pontalmar Praia Hotel.

Hotel Perfect! Excellent breakfast, excellent room cleaning, beautiful place , restaurant with very tasty dishes perfect for photos, and what wonderful photos we take with Manoel Concerteza will be back.

The hotel is very good. Clean, well located on the Black Point beach, easy to find. Hotel for whom you won't stay all the time in the hotel. Ideal for whom you will take a trip. Coffee is consistent with the daily value. Positive point: it has a negative point lift: the shower in my room was pinking.

We stayed in the 3-bedroom penthouse at Residencia Vespucci in Ponta Negra for 6-nights in early Sep ($338 Can/night). The suite was huge, with three distinct areas: the inner apartment with the bedrooms, a sitting area with a large sofa and huge flat-screen TV, kitchen with a stove top (no oven), microwave, plates, utensils and a large water dispenser; an outer sitting area that was formerly part of the patio, completely surrounded by glass doors, with two tables, a large couch that could easily double for a bed, and two chairs; and the large outer deck with the jacuzzi and two lawn chairs. The inner apartment could be shut off from the outside and cooled by the AC units in each bedroom. The bedrooms were of adequate size with plenty of storage space, 4 comfortable beds, and blackout curtains as well as sheers. The master bedroom was large, with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower (electric rain shower-head). The views from the deck were outstanding, across the promenade and along the bay to Ponta Negra's signature dunes. Breakfast, served in the room in front of the pool, was adequate but nothing special – a few strange (for a foreigner) fruit juices, buns with cheese and ham, fruits, and made to order egg and tapioca dishes. The pool was small and needed a bit better maintenance, but was a nice addition for an afternoon dip after the beach. The location was, of course, across from the beach and easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a few small mini-markets. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful; only one (Stanley) spoke English, but everyone could understand my broken Portuguese. The apartment was ideal for our purposes, three adults and two children wanting separate rooms. It was not luxurious by any means, with older furniture, sliding glass doors that were jammed or didn't lock. However, it was perfect for us and provided a comfortable base for a tranquil beach holiday.
