A localização do hotel talvez seja seu único ponto favorável. Ficamos no quarto 113. Logo no segundo dia - ficamos cinco dias - o ar condicionado começou a dar problemas na hora de ligar, até parar definitivamente na penúltima noite. Como Natal não é uma cidade de clima frio, sofremos à noite sem ar condicionado. Alugamos um carro e a garagem do hotel - cobrada à parte, 20 reais o dia - não fica aberta, obrigando a solicitar o atendente a abri-la cada vez que desejamos guardar o carro. O café da manhã é sofrível. Poucas opções e mesmo o básico é fraco, não há opções variadas de bolos, tortas, etc. A equipe do hotel, formada por atendentes muito jovens, carece de experiência numa área tão delicada como o turismo. Muitos simplesmente não sabem o que responder e outros se enrolam diante de qualquer dificuldade. Percebe-se a falta de um gestor senior durante o horário de expediente. Resumindo: só voltaria a esse hotel se todos os demais da cidade desaparecessem.

The Villa Park Hotel was a recommendation from our agency for a night, since we arrived at Christmas at 2 o'clock and the trip to Touros would take more 1:30, we were tired. We are surprised by the hotel; the location for the next destination was convenient, the rooms are simple but spacious, comfortable and with a very pleasant bed. The bathroom is wide, with a shower that invited to extend the bathroom. The hotel has air conditioning and the room is well-cooled for the warmth of the region. Breakfast was simple, tasty and in a suitable amount. The covered parking was wide and easy to access. One point to be improved is the ventilation at the breakfast place, because when we arrived to take coffee, it was quite disturbed.

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

Quero agradecer aos funcionários que com muito carinho nos recepcionou e tiveram um grande carinho ao nos atender: A primeira foi a Francieli no almoço, um docê de menina, do bar, Chicão, Ivan, Wedson, no café Stefani Talita, Maria, Heloisa e Francinara, da sauna Angela e Dariel, Da limpeza dos banheiros Gilvan, Franklin Cesar e Wallace, do restaurante Italiano então, Rayane, Mikarla, Erick, Paulo,Talita,Carla,Fernanda, João, do restaurante Francês, Severino eEdson Rodrigues. Quarto barulhento e bem antigo, sem espelho, sem tomadas nas camas, camas com aquelas molas que dá pra sentir ao deitar, café da manhã fraquinho com muitos mosquitos no ambiente (deveriam colocar algum tipo de proteção nos alimentos), a localização também não é boa, esta longe de tudo, sem opção de restaurantes, bares, farmácia, supermercados e etc.

Great location (right on the beach), restful, great service, fabulous food. Paulo and Percival are among the best servers we have ever experienced around the world. Percival is fluent in English….so helpful. Breakfast buffet has great options: fruit, egges, pancakes. Wonderful juices and choice of yogurts.

AArthur MeloExcellent facilities... Although considered a 4* hotel I would give 5*. There is a very good breakfast with a variety of rooms. Modern rooms. Excellent sea view. 2 very fast lifts up and down. Payment parking, but 15,00R$ day. I liked it and recommended it very much.

BBdbrouThe hotel is safe, the food (dinner and breakfast) were exquisite, pool was open till late which was a big plus, the staff was very helpful.
In front of the hotel there is a supermarket which is very useful. The only real bad thing about the hotel was an extremely slow internet connection. I expected to work remotely which was impossible.

SSIMONE ARCAROThe hotel's strong point is certainly the food. Sensational! of all restaurants. The staff's friendliness is great! The reasonable efficiency, I expected more than 5 stars. Room did not meet my expectations, smell of unpleasant mto mopho, we complained, made a maintenance in ozone air conditioned, but did not solve. We had a discharge in the bathroom, which delayed us to watch ai magic show, we ended up losing ... Prima swimming pools, but could have some air conditioning, the heated pool was for adult, my 4-year-old son couldn't enjoy. Finally, mto hotel is good, but for the value we paid was expected more, mainly from accommodation.

A localização é razoável, não fica muito perto dos melhores bares e restaurantes, mas estando de carro não é problema. A manutenção ficava desejar, uma luminária da cama pendurada e a outra não ligava, o forro gradeado da entrada do hotel bem danificado, o elevador parando desnivelado nos andares, várias pessoas tropeçavam ao sair.

GGuest UserThe room is simple, but the service was pointful according to my need. The floors are confused, because in addition to the accommodation in the village (place as they call rooms near the pool), even as lift never comes into the room without taking a stairs lance, it is like the rooms were in the middle of the floors ( well confused). Morning coffee is good, but don't worry about variation, juices always the same ( artificial), and the northeast offers very good typical fruits. The beach is close to the beach ( there is a pool gate, which leaves even closer). The bed had no top bed, which damages those who have more weight, or problems in the column. Parking paid 20.00 per day if you rent a car, I left my one on the street, because that's quiet there ( I left in a disabled restaurant park on the other side of the street), super quiet, Even because I was in front of the door of a building, but generally in front or behind street is quiet to leave the vehicle.

The dissapointment started right at the checkin moment. It is supposed to happen at 2pm and rooms are not always ready for guests. Apart from that, I had to wait almost an hour to get my keys. The checkin process is way too complicated and the queue only gets bigger and bigger. For my first 2 nights stay the room was somehow decent, with an ocean view, but there was a leak from the AC in the middle of the room that no one seemed to care about. For my second one-night stay, they gave me the worst room possible, with a view to the ladder that people use to reach the beach. This means zero privacy! Also, the room smeled mold and you could see it here and there. Very old room, telephone didn`t work. Staff are not always nice, they seem to be very unhappy.

Me and my family booked the double suite that supposed to be the best that the hotel had to offer. But it was a big disappointment. The structure was old, paint on the walls coming off, sheets with stains, the balcony was full of dust and dirty, we found multiple cockroaches at the bathroom, the shower was horrible to keep the flow of water and keep it warm, the buffet was okish, not the best or remarkable but at least you won't be starving. The service at the weekend is a nightmare, during breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was no plates, cups, enough food.... I believe the hotel is still trying to be back to the great days, but need to improve a lot to be considered one of the best of Natal. Oh, it's tough to get uber at the hotel, be prepared for at least 15min wait to get someone.
