Experiência vivida no hotel em Natal RN
Natal é maravilhoso e voltarei em outras oportunidades. Foi muito boa minha estada nesse hotel, os trabalhadores do hotel são muito atenciosos, gentis… São pessoas maravilhosas… o ar condicionado não funciona… é uma oportunidade IMPORTANTE de melhoria pois Natal RN é muito quente.

Hotel apenas para dormir e tomar banho.
O hotel nao possui recepcao 24h. Chegamos de madrugada e fomos recebidos pelo vigia. Nao tem elevador e me colocaram no 3.andar. Ja na chegada foi um sofrimento para levar a mala la para cima. Nao tinha ninguem para ajudar (nem na chegada nem na partida). Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas nao foi possivel. O banheiro: muito apertado e tinha um cheiro forte. As toalhas oferecidas sao sofriveis. O café da manhã nao tinha muita variedade, isso nao foi um problema, mas havia muita demora na reposição e limpeza das mesas (acredito que por falta de funcionarios).

Foi uma experiência incrível, de frente para a praia proximo a comércio e restaurantes. Uma linda vista da praia na varanda do nosso quarto. Acomodações otimas e serviço de quarto excelente. So 1 ponto nao gostei, a tv so tinha canais online nao tinha nem tv aberta.
