歺廳外籍侍應態度很有禮貌，但其中一日籍侍應在客人旁邊枱請潔，噴了大量清潔劑，弄得我呼吸不暢，枱上食物也不敢吃了。這不是一所國際酒店該有的服務態度。

The hotel provides shuttle bus service (Narita Airport and JR Narita Station), but please pay attention to the departure times. The room is a bit old but clean, the breakfast buffet is good, but the hygiene needs to be improved (for example, food containers should have lids, and more mosquito management should be done)

Business hotel near Narita airport which has a regular shuttle to both JR Narita and the airport. The triple room was spacious but a little dated. Gives 90s 2000s vibes. Still a great experience overall.

Cleanliness is acceptable Surrounding facilities need to be improved There are more places to buy food is better It is more remote to go out to eat and walk a long way to have the Shuttle Bus service is quite good
