The shuttle van to airport is on a first-come-first served basis and only in the morning. When we checked in the evening, we were told that the shuttle van is full. The next morning, we asked again if we could take the shuttle van and were told that it was full. However, we saw there were empty seats in the shuttle van when it drove off in front of us! Very disappointed with the hotel’s service. They should check it again when asked and allow reservation of shuttle service in advance.

This is the accommodation I stayed at after arriving late at Narita Airport. It is close to the station and there is a Lawson convenience store nearby.
The room was enough for 3 people, but it was a little difficult to open 3 suitcases at the same time.
The breakfast did not have many options, but it was adequate for breakfast. This is an accommodation I would like to visit again.
