Reccomended hotel for transit. Room big enough for 5 members. Free shuttle to airport & AEON. The best things, hotel provide pyjamas and also there is ice maker machine outside the room.

It is very convenient to transfer in Narita. There are shuttles to and from the airport, as well as to Narita Station and AEON. However, AEON is closed after 7pm and is empty for over an hour. Narita Station has more frequent shuttles.

The hotel is close to the airport. However, the air con is not working well. After complaining, the staff said they cannot adjust the temperature for us. They just offered us a fan.

いつも利用しているので今回も利用したのですが、今までとは違った古い部屋に案内されました。そこまではいいのですが、この季節でエアコンが全く動かず、フロントに言ったら扇風機をもってきてくれました。
設備の方がすぐ来てみてくれたのですが、フィルターがずっと掃除してないままで風の通りが悪いと言われました。
気持ち悪いし、結局あまり涼しくないままチェックアウトしました。今後の宿泊は要検討します。
