Excellent location via Naples station if coming via Rome. Clean, comfortable, spacious and decent bathroom. Hot water pressure may be unreliable as it’s on the 5th floor. Do contact Hotel before checking in as the reception is not always manned according to hours.

The things I liked about this room are: -the room is big and clean -location is very good The things that I didn’t like about this room/b&b -there was no toilet paper. -tv and refrigerator didn’t work -very bad WiFi

Comfortable and near to the train station

Everything was fine, the location was also convenient. Highly recommended.

The room, excluding the bathroom, is only 9 square meters. Couldn't find the waiter at night. A building that has been in disrepair is filled with dozens of similar small hotels. They are all run by non-EU immigrants.

Clean and spacious room. Opposite a cafe, fresh pastries. Close to the airport, but only reachable by taxi. Or from the bus stop on foot for 20 minutes.

We booked two rooms. The place s on the fifth floor of an old building on piazza Garibaldi. Excellent location, by the train station, metro, buses, taxis, and close to the historical centre. A very polite hostess was waiting for us, and even though we arrived early in the morning, we could get one room and leave our luggage. The rooms were clean, spacious, especially room 504, both with a view to an inner yard. An old elevator took us up. There was a very handy vending machine for water and treats. We also used the pc to print our boarding passes. Will be back!

Excellent experience in the heart of Naples, a stone's throw from the central station, well-kept room and impeccable cleanliness..staff very attentive to every request and need. I have returned more than once, and every time I am in Naples, I will undoubtedly choose Mrs. Maria. Highly recommended

We were really happy to spend a night at Philip Royal B&B on January 29th and if we had the chance, we would have happily extended our stay. The location of this B&B, right in front of Naples central station, is really convenient. We were particularly struck by the care with which it is managed by highly qualified staff who demonstrate a great passion for their work. Our room, number 501, was simply perfect: spacious, impeccably clean and with a breathtaking view of Vesuvius from the balcony. Furthermore, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served directly to our room. We would like to sincerely thank Francesco and Arianna, who proved to be extremely kind and always smiling. Without a doubt, they represent the strong point of this B&B. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely return. Thank you very much guys!

We stayed from 04/01 to 06/01. The new structure was apparently clean except that on the first night I started to have pins and it was very very itchy that I had to take a bentelan and the situation worsened in the following nights. I went to the pharmacy and they told me to having been bitten by bed bugs, I alerted the facility saying that it absolutely must be disinfected but they didn't even take me into consideration. Once I got home I went to the dermatologist who confirmed the bed bugs. Moral of the story? Beyond the damage of still being there today very bad with 30 bedbug bites I had to pay for the facility, the medicines and the dermatologist hoping that the next customer in room 504 doesn't get bedbugs.

The room is spacious, clean and well located, close to the train station and the historic center. However, the area is poorly frequented. The jacuzzi was not working. I reported it but no repairs were made during the stay. And no refund after the stay. Breakfast was not great and the same every day. A croissant filled with Nutella, dripping in every bite, reheated in the microwave. Industrial rusks and incipid fruit juice. The coffee and the other hot drink were served almost cold. Besides, the other hot drink contained so much milk that I couldn't determine what it was. Probably a latte, but I think they forgot to put coffee in it. The managers show disrespect towards their customers and a total lack of professionalism. When I wrote them a complaint email to point out everything that was wrong, they took the liberty of judging me by becoming rude, telling me that I was mean and that I shouldn't achieve much in my life. . To finish by telling me that customers like me don't want them. Rather than taking my comments into consideration in order to improve. In short, I do not recommend this establishment.

Beautiful B and B, very large, clean room, really top notch...the station area is very practical for taking transport. Breakfast is served in the room...we will definitely return...because we had a great time

The structure is brand new, on the fifth floor of a building overlooking Piazza Garibaldi. The couple who run the b&b are very kind, they are very attentive and courteous. At the moment we are guests of the Philip Royal and I already know that next time in Naples I would like to stay here again, really excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend booking directly with them, without going through platforms
