出發前因為有颱風警報，聯絡飯店無法退款，這一點很不人性化，入住當天因為強風豪雨導致半夜停電，水也只剩微弱的水流無法洗澡，飯店沒有備用電源，隔天早餐也是沒電的狀況，半夜一直到退房都是停電的狀態，飯店沒有任何補償措施
入住的房間動線不好，進去就是梳妝台，椅子拉出來就無法開門，沒有其他桌子，廁所的門對著床
停車場集中在飯店旁的中間空地，不是之前網路上照片的停車棚，颱風風力較為強烈的時候是半夜，房間被吹到會晃，還要擔心車子，結果早上看車子上面有被打凹的痕跡，應該是樹枝之類被強風吹襲時造成的
總而言之，CP值不高，有點失望

園區環境清幽，房間整潔，停車場很大，去杉林溪37分鐘左右，服務人員態度有禮～
唯一不好是房間霉味很重。

飯店的庭院環境優美，提供室外位置給住客休息及欣賞大自然美景，亦有浸腳的水池。飯店雖然位於郊外，但亦有售賣少量乾糧，如杯麵、零食等，方便住客。房間內乾淨衛生，主要採用淺色木造，有家的感覺。洗手間亦具設計感，乾淨衛生。要注意的是飯店沒有升降機或電梯，須行樓梯。另外由於位置在山上洗澡時，等多長一點時間才有熱水。整體來說是很好的飯店，值得推薦。

也許是在trip.com平台預訂的關係，ㄧ開始給我們一間很久沒人住的房間，ㄧ進去就感到霉味熏天，請店主換了一間也是消毒水的味道，再換一間卻是很小一間，雖然店家有退333元補償但還是很不滿意！老闆娘倒是很客氣所以勉強住了下來。在這強烈建議說明所訂之房是次等房型，讓消費者有選擇的權力！我已用此平台預訂過很多次住宿了，基本上都是如此，希望能改善！
