The location is great, there are plenty of places to eat, drink and have fun around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the food is great.

The location is good, parking is available for 300, the rooms in the annex are musty, the air circulation is poor (no windows), and the breakfast is OK.

Although he arranged for us to go to the hotel annex, the room was more like a B&B than a hotel, so the price was not cost-effective. But the prices may be similar in the same area. What is worth praising is that the breakfast of this hotel is very good and the service of the hotel staff is very good. We asked for a ruler and hot water which was accommodated.  But there is room for improvement, including air conditioning adjustment function and air-drying position, clothes hanging position, etc. Overall, if it was a B&B, I would give it 10 points. But it is a hotel,so when you book a room, you must ask clearly whether you want to stay in the annex or the main hotel. There are many Bailuzhai food restaurants near the hotel. The location is very good and close to the cable car station. The nearby braised beef noodles and Chen Ji millet mochi (especially the black tea flavor) are must-try. yummy

The service staff is very nice, but the only problem with the annex is that the pillows are too soft, everything else is great!

The room layout is very strange, and there are big problems with the design of the toilet and bathroom. I really don't know which designer planned it. It is difficult to have privacy, and it is inconvenient for the minority of the opposite sex.
