Comfortable stay, check in was fast. Staff are all friendly, service orientated. Breakfast is good. Weekend is bustling with people. Will come back.

The staff on duty asked for a coffee mixing stick and was informed that there was no such product. They explained that only a small spoon was needed to stir the sugar in the coffee cup before providing it. The staff on duty on the second day even suggested using chopsticks or a medium soup spoon to stir the coffee cup. Drinks... I was told again that the staff on duty provided a small spoon before they were brought out yesterday. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation. Regardless of the room environment, whether there are sugar packets or stirring utensils, etc., this hotel will not be an option for us to visit this place again in the future.
