接待我們的服務人員親切友善，知道我們是大眾運輸工具通勤，還開車載我們一小段到民宿，順便介紹附近有哪些吃的及搭公車的確切位置，原本當天還有其他入住旅客，還幫我們與他們分開，房間也幫我們自動升級，但擔心還會有其他散客入住，就沒有開放KTV，覺得有點小可惜，但整體而言，住宿體驗佳，下次再去南投玩，會想再住一次🥰
