整體感受還是非常好的，酒店提供來回於臺中高鐵站的接駁車，這也是我預訂他家的原因。之所以知道有接駁，也是看其他住客的點評裏面寫的。攜程上預訂之後，酒店沒有發來任何郵件或短訊確認，我發了郵件詢問接駁車，才回復我，接駁車的時間和地點。（寫的也不清楚，光是寫臺中高鐵站，其實很難找，問人也沒人知道）郵件裏寫到從臺中高鐵站，13:30報到，14:00發車前往酒店。於是我們按時到達，並出發，誰知，這司機越開越慢，一直繞啊繞，最終14:20又繞回了臺中高鐵站！！！正當我莫名其妙時，又放上來兩位“貴賓”，工作人員説，是他的疏忽，需要導致全員出發又返程回來接這二位？！可是，我不能接受啊？！你沒有問過我們啊？你這樣按時開走，又回來，表示，我們是不需要遵守13:30報到的原則啊？表示我之前所有為了趕時間放棄的遊樂時間，都是無意義啊？我的時間就這麼不值錢嗎？之後，其實在酒店的服務體驗，還是可以的，都有微笑服務，最後離開時，也有一路揮手目送。房間的景色也不錯。我訂了兩晚，自助餐吃到後來也是膩了，菜色還行，服務也很有效率。主要是被出發時的接駁車給震驚到了。車上的其他人好像毫無反應，覺得理所應當吧……
