員工服務很好，很有禮貌，湖景房讓人很舒服，身心舒暢，夕陽和早上的湖景都很美，各具特色。伊達邵的餐廳一般晚上八點多就已經關門。

房間很乾淨，還有浴缸，很舒適。服務人員很親切。飯店的設施也不錯，打發時間的好地方，只是室內游泳池太冷了，原本以為室內應該不會太冷，結果太冷了就只游一次而已，不然就太完美了。
飯店還有提供免費一小時的腳踏車券，有了券我們一家四口有認真運動騎腳車繞日月潭，超棒的！
走路到美食街、日月潭纜車都很方便。不用一直開車。下次會再來。😍😍

房間空間很大，床也很好睡，但早餐有需要預約時段，可是沒告知需8：30以前用餐完畢，我們以為是8：30以前去餐廳吃就好，後來因為家人先去使用早餐詢問時才知道，所以我們吃得很趕，8：20就有服務人原來跟你說只能用餐到8：30，希望下次可以先跟客人說清楚

飯店就在伊達紹老街旁很方便 ，可以租電動車環湖風景很美，如果住高樓層面湖景就更棒，此棟純住宿，設施跟早餐都要去另一棟儷山林，飯店有送魯魯札札親子館票卷，剛好下雨可帶小孩去那放電
