The owner had messaged us earlier to let us know we could check in early. After checking in, they prepared afternoon tea and brought it to our room. To our surprise, the crème brûlée was still piping hot! I immediately felt the owner's thoughtfulness.
The B&B itself is beautiful. Our lake-view room was spotlessly clean, and the queen-size bed was incredibly comfortable! The balcony also had a beautiful view!
The afternoon tea and breakfast were both delicious, with the owner making their own cakes and bread. We stayed two days and never repeated either. Their deliciousness rivaled that of restaurants!
It was a completely relaxing and enjoyable stay here. I hope to return soon!

I loved this place. The room was lovely, especially the view from the balcony. So peaceful, especially in the early morning. The food was amazing—honestly the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel anywhere. And they also provided elaborate snacks in the afternoon. Such talented chefs. All the staff were so kind and helpful too. Highly recommend!

The proprietor and his family were OUTSTANDINGLY HELPFUL during our stay including running us by car to and from the town whenever we needed to make the journey. They helped my wife when she bruised her wrist in a fall (elsewhere) and were really nice and loaned us a wrist warmer for my wife's extensive bruising. The room was clean and comfortable with electrically heated toilet with washer. Breakfasts were different each day (for three days) and satisfyingly full of nourishment. I cannot recommend too highly -Really nice place and lovely people running it.
