This time, I brought my whole family to stay at LeaLeague Resort and we booked a double room and a quadruple room. Two days before check-in, the hotel called to confirm: Can we arrange a room upstairs? As there was no elevator and worried about inconvenience for the elderly, I carefully asked for the car number and arranged parking. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we didn't even have to get out of the car. The service staff immediately guided us to park the car and move our luggage. It was completely VIP treatment! The hotel is in an excellent location, with healing lake views outside the lobby, restaurant, and room windows, so beautiful that it makes people relax physically and mentally. The service was truly impeccable. As soon as the child arrived, he was in a hurry to go to the toilet, and we wanted to stay on the same floor with our elders. After discussing with the counter staff, he carefully evaluated the room dynamics and took the initiative to help us adjust the arrangements. I can really feel that this hotel is run with care, no wonder the business has been so good. What touched me the most was that it was my husband’s birthday that day. I told the hotel about it and they secretly prepared a little surprise for us - they placed towels folded into the shape of a swan in the room. My husband was as happy as a child. Thank you so much! Next time I have the chance, I will definitely come back to this intimate and warm place.

I like it very much! The whole building is made of cypress wood. As soon as I entered, I liked the overall feeling and smell. The room is very clean and well maintained! It is better than many later buildings. The bathroom is especially smooth and reflective. It doesn't feel damp and moldy as I imagined. I like it!
