We chose to stay at the LeaLea Hotel on this trip with our elders. The cypress wood building is warm and pleasant, and it is close to the food court and the pier for convenient transportation. We were worried that our elders would have difficulty in moving, but the hotel's thoughtful arrangements made us feel at ease. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and we felt the attentiveness everywhere.

The service is two-tiered, the guy in charge of the parking lot and the luggage is super nice, warm and friendly, absolutely 5 stars; the check-in staff was impatient throughout the whole process, and didn't know anything when asked. I don't know why the assigned room was changed to the one facing the parking lot. Maybe someone checked in early and complained and changed to the second room, leaving us with such a bad one; the room is simple and there is a squeak when walking, which is also a unique atmosphere
