Family-friendly Hotels in Nantong

Every time guests come, they will book a room at the Grand Hotel. This time, the lady helped to upgrade the room for free and also sent fruit. There is a restaurant in the hotel, a shopping mall opposite, and buses and subways downstairs, so it is very convenient to travel.

Nice clean hotel, near to station, only 5 min taxi. Hotel were helpful to arrange taxi in morning for onward journey. Breakfast overall was good with a varied Chinese and western choice

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The lobby staff Anna and Lily were extremely friendly and very professional. English speaking was no problem at all. The location of the Hotel is also very good, very close by Harmony City Shopping Mall with endless Clothes and Food shopping opportunities. We booked the “Space” themed room which was very detailed and beautiful equipped 👌 The breakfast was a good average. Nothing special. Next to the breakfast lounge is a Kids room which was the favorite place for our son 👦. Overall our stay was very enjoyable. We are looking forward for our next stay at Ascott 👍

Overall good, suitable for family parents. At 10 o'clock, housing can be provided in about half an hour, high efficiency, good front desk customer service, and children's toys, the children are very happy. The room was clean, the service was very good, and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. It is recommended that the hot water supply in the room be sufficient, a little regret, the others are very good.

This hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

The hotel has a very good location and environment. It has complete facilities, a gym and a heated swimming pool. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast options are also very rich. There is also a large parking lot. It is a cost-effective hotel I booked for the Spring Festival trip. Recommended!

Environment: Right by the Hao River, it is very convenient to travel. It is beautiful and comfortable to take a walk to digest food and enjoy the river view at night. Service: The hotel service is very enthusiastic and two small bags of fruit were given. Facilities: The appearance is magnificent and can be seen from a distance. Hygiene: The hotel is relatively old, but it is very clean.

I went there in the morning and booked the whole place. The shower room is a bit old, but everything else is pretty good~

Came to Nantong to watch a concert and stayed at Marriott for one night. The experience was great! The hotel is next to the lake, and the scenery is needless to say. Every staff member's service is warm and considerate, and I would like to especially praise Xiao Shen at the front desk. The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. I especially love the extended area of ​​the washbasin, which is very thoughtfully designed. I will still choose Marriott next time I come to Nantong~
