距離三號線五塘地鐵站非常近，步行不到十分鐘的距離。樓下有一些餐飲店可供選擇。整體還可以，衞生間的花灑使用時會發出聲音。

房間不錯，很大，設施也很齊全，就是沒有窗户的話個人覺得房間亮度不是很夠，而且外賣衹能下樓自取，總體來説還是不錯的。
