Celebrated my Anniversary here at their club rooms and love it so much. The staff are very attentive to your needs and lounge food is good👍 Views are amazing!

The doorman just standing there looking tall and cute watching me stare at the trunk waiting for him to offer to pick up my bags. How can a $400/night hotel be this bad at service. I can't really understand it. On top of this, they keep calling me when I'm clearly looking for a late checkout. Interrupting my sleep. The customer service here is literal crap compared to even $100/night hotels in Nanjing The manager is a good guy tho

A fabulous stay! We took our daughter and went with another couple and their son for a short getaway. The location and amenities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Overall we had a very pleasant time and hope to go back.

We really enjoyed live there. First we were little surprise that personal hosted manager introduce us every thing which might be interested to us. He is a very warm and kind person. When we asked him about a museum. He used his own break time to get all information we need. We highly recommend this RitzCarlton. The executive lounge is also great,food and view. Services were excellent.

Key highlights: - location! Right next to Deji Plaza which has a wide selection of shops and restaurants and is even connected to the Xinjiekou subway stop - great service. Felt attended to and everyone was polite and smiling.

This was my first stay at any Ritz-Carlton property, and it was a wonderful experience. I fully expected the facilities to be stylish, and comfortable, which they were, but what made the stay extraordinary was the staff. Any member of the R-C team I encountered went out of their way to be pleasant and make me and my friends feel welcome. From the reception staff, to the staff in restaurant Lavendula, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to a return visit and know that I will encounter the same wonderful staff. The location is perfect, the views incredible, the food delicious, and the people, perfect. Thank you.

Just spent Christmas here I heard that Nanjing Ritz is the ceiling of Ritz I think the design style and design level are quite good It feels great too But there are a few points that I am not satisfied with 1. Asia's 100 Luxury Hotels is worthy of its reputation. The decoration is luxurious and full of details. The bedding, pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. The service staff actively and promptly solves problems. The breakfast category is rich and colorful, which is great!
