The location of the hotel is convenient and I will come back next time for the location

Good hotel. But they charged for luggage storage 3000 yen

hotel was located close to akabane station, about 3 mins walk away. location is superb as there’s also 3 convenience stores including a donki nearby. it’s in the quieter side of akabane so it still felt safe at night . no early check in allowed, but they do help to keep the luggages at the lobby. room is tiny with limited amenities, so do prep small luggages instead of large ones

Close to subway station and plenty of restaurants, hotel provides all things you might need, highly recommended

This is so far the best value for money hotel I have stayed in Tokyo in the last forty years. Akabane may not be a popular area for visitors, but I can assure you this is a very convenient location. The hotel is very close to train station and many train routes to Shinjuku, Ueno, Tokyo plus more. The hotel is modern and the room is large and clean, even the toilet, washing basin and shower area are all separated. You have to pay double or three times more in other hotels. There are many eating outlets around the hotel and they are excellent and much cheaper than other popular areas. The hotel even offer free afternoon tea between 3-5pm. You should try to stay at this hotel and use Akanane as a base to explore Tokyo.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel, everything was good except that the room was a little small. But everything else made up for it. There is a complimentary bath, very happy with this hotel.

We have stayed 4 nights.  The hotel front desk confirmed will  only change our bed sheet on the 3rd night.  However, the hotel did not change the bed sheet on the 3rd night.  We are tried when we returned to the hotel on the 4th night.  The hotel said they can change immediately.  But we are tired.  Hotel Mr. Shinya said nothing he can do.  What a service!!  I don't understand how the 4 star rank this hotel   By the way, the front desk staff, Mr. Chan (from Hong Kong) face to customer without any smile.  I guess she is not working happy in the hotel.

Clean, lots of restaurants nearby, smooth check in & out. The bed is not comfortable, too soft. I stayed at Hollywood room type, size okay. Their carpark is for small size car and can only book on phone. They did not answer my emails for carpark reservation. But when will arrive by car, the staff is helpful and guide us for parking.

1. Great location with everything you need within 5 - 10 minutes' walk. 2 minutes' walk from the Akabane train station; and less crowdy comparing to Shinjuku and Ikebukuro 2. Staffs are nice and able to speak English. 3. Breakfast without a lot of selections, but, still considered ok. 4. Car rental companies are 10 minutes' walk from hotel. 5. Many restaurants and foods are available at the locations with both good bargain food and premium selections.

Hotel was near to train station. Staff were friendly. I like the amenities & the room design.

I have visited more than half a dozen hotels in the areas and I could say Holic is by far the best in terms of location, facilities and services. They have an onsen in the basement, and offered afternoon snacks and evening light meals.

Great location near akabane station South Gate with 3min walk. Nearby lawson and many restaurants. The cleansing service will be arrange on day 4 morning for eco-reason.

Very good location and room is big.

The hotel is located right in front of the Akabane subway station. The room was super clean. I enjoyed staying there, and recommend to travellers.
