Hotel was pretty good for the price. Big rooms and bathrooms. Price I decent. Breakfast could be improved

Excellent hotel & the service was impeccable. I stayed for around 7 nights in the hotel and they upgraded my room and even offered me free breakfast even though it was not included in my booking. Very warm & welcoming staff, overall a very pleasant stay in Vienna Hotel.

The hotel is located in the software park, which is quite convenient for business in the software park. There are often trainings in the hotel, and there are quite a lot of people. First of all, the check-in experience was particularly bad. On the first night, the room still had toilet paper used by the previous guest. I forgot about it and extended my stay the next day. The service attitude at the front desk was amazing. Because the room type I booked was different, I wanted to extend my stay and change rooms. The front desk asked me what room to change, and then I didn’t have any sense of good service. It seems that they didn't have this service concept for a few days after arriving, and then they changed my room. When I was relaxing and listening to music in the room, suddenly, the door opened, and a strange man stared at me. I was very upset. Speechless. I called the front desk, but the first person didn't answer. The second person shirks responsibility by saying he doesn't know the situation. Until now as of today. Haven't said give me an answer yet. It was a really bad experience, not recommended. Poor service. Poor hygiene. The front desk operation process is not up to standard, resulting in duplication of rooms.

因為出差的關係，住過多個城市的維也納國際酒店，這次的最令人難忘。 房間衞生堪憂：床上有未清理的長頭髮（我本人短髮）；上一個住客的口杯上有污漬沒清理。 前台工作不負責任：因為覺得原房間吵，跟前台協調換房間。前台開始説讓我直接拿行李去新房間，會讓服務生幫忙開新房間的門，再來制卡，也不理解為什麼當時不給制卡。然後我換號房間，鎖了門，正在辦公中，突然門被一位男士刷開了。。。下樓協調，前台説上一個前台服務員並沒有在系統中操作換房，把我們的房間又給了別人。。。如果我當時沒有穿戴整齊，或者在洗澡，，這也太可怕了。

哇塞 這個價格住一晚維也納真的是超划算，性價比賊高 誰懂啊，而且工作人員都很熱情，環境衞生真的很合我的心意，衞生間這個鏡子我真的是喜歡啊啊啊啊啊🤩

酒店離南京南站很近，且酒店大廳大氣上檔次，住的非常舒服！前台美女服務到位，非常熱情！

送孩子上學，在學校附近住一晚，乾淨整潔又安靜，感覺還不錯，酒店房間設施還不錯，就是大廳一般，拉低了檔次，酒店去景區打車也方便

在維也納裏算不錯的，國際還是好一些，房間很多，隔音不錯不吵。早餐很豐富。缺點：屋裡有個大柱子很扣分，出門要走比較遠才有吃飯的地方。
