Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock.

Very convenient location, clean, had a good sleep there. Breakfast is also good. Definitely will come in the next time

Very fast check in. Really close to the airport just a 3 Minutes drive. Room looks fresh and convenient.

Everything was good. Just a bit misunderstanding about the free taxi transfer service before I check in but the Manager immediately settled. However the taxi driver took me to the wrong airport that hotel booked for me. Better improve all the communications, it is nice hotel other than these.

The hotel is very close to the airport and can arrange free airport pick-up service, which is very considerate. The hotel environment is very beautiful and the service staff are also very thoughtful. It is a very comfortable experience

We upgraded to a deluxe room. It's near the airport but not noisy. The soundproofing is good. There are many pilots and stewardesses staying nearby. We can have breakfast at 4 in the morning, probably for the early flight. The whole room is very clean and the service is very good.

Facilities: quite complete, with everything you need, and the rooms are also very large~ There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, squash courts, etc. Sanitation: very clean, cleaned every day Environment: It feels like a vacation with many people Service: Airport pick-up and drop-off, just tell the driver at the airport to go to this hotel, the driver will understand, and go directly in after arriving, the driver will go to the front desk to sign the bill. Similarly, just find the front desk for airport drop-off, 24-hour service. Since our previous flight was cancelled, we stayed for two days and had two buffet dinners, 20 euros per person, free for children under 7 years old. On the first day, there were lamb legs, roast chicken, various cakes, fruits such as cherries, etc., which were good value for money. The second day was not so cost-effective, but overall it was still very good~
