1房間一般，停車不方便，在一座寫字樓的二樓。
2房間隔音非常差，旁邊房間的人一直在大聲嬉笑打鬧，夜裡12點半又在咣咣噹當的不知道幹啥。
3因為隔壁的吵鬧，我給客服打電話讓他們制止，第一次隔了好一會兒才來人。半夜十二點多給我實在吵的睡不成又給客服打電話，讓他們給我換個房間，要不然給隔壁換個房間也成，可是客服服務態度非常差，句句跟人嗆聲，真是這一次見這種態度。
4房間床單下邊有東西硌到腿了，一摸才發現是個用過的眼葯水瓶！！到底有沒有打掃衞生？！
5沒有送咖啡。
