This stay at Crowne Plaza Nanchang was a great experience. First of all, before check-in, Ms. Xiaoyi from the hotel's customer relations department called and contacted us on WeChat in advance to inquire about the hotel's facilities and room needs. Finally, she helped us upgrade to a non-smoking river view room and arranged a room next door for our elderly companions to take care of them. I would like to express my gratitude. After checking in, I found that the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The aunt who cleaned the room was very warm and kind. She greeted us every time we met and asked about the requirements for room cleaning. After a day of playing, the room was cleaned up, milk was delivered at night, and the night bed was made, slippers and non-slip mats were placed. The hotel's buffet breakfast is quite rich, with Nanchang specialty food. The clay pot soup and Nanchang mixed noodles tasted great. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel interior, but it was a pleasant stay.

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

The hotel is conveniently located, the service of the girl at the front desk is very good, the underground parking lot is also convenient, the breakfast has a wide variety and good taste, and the National Expo subway station is just outside the hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Nanchang.

It feels run-down, not as good as before. When I checked in, the front desk looked indifferent. Not very popular. The decoration is old. The hot spring ♨️ only opened three pools on the day... No wonder no one went there. As the last stop of the trip to Jiangxi, it was a bit disappointing 😞.

The hotel occupies a peninsula, surrounded by the lake on three sides, with a beautiful environment, especially the big balcony, which was so cool that I felt like I was on vacation in a second. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is clean and tidy, without any stale smell. I have to complain about the air conditioner, which may have been in disrepair for a long time and is not very powerful. The temperature and wind speed need to be turned to the maximum to reach the room temperature of 25 degrees. The locker room of the swimming pool is also very cold. The hotel swimming pool is of standard size, the water is clean, and there is no deep water area. There is a long greenway along the lake leading to the hotel. There are many coffee shops nearby, but there are not many restaurants, so you have to walk a distance. In short, I still recommend this hotel, but compared with resort hotels, there is room for improvement in breakfast.

In order to decorate the room, I contacted the front desk lady Deng Chengjia several days in advance to help me collect the express delivery. She is super nice and has been very patient in replying to my messages. She helped me collect six or seven packages. After I checked in, she took the initiative to arrange for the staff to help me deliver the express to the door of the room. When we checked out, we accidentally left something in the room, and she also actively contacted the aunt to help us find it. The hotel environment is very good, and you can see the Ferris wheel in the room. Someone comes to the room every night to deliver midnight snacks, egg tarts, small cakes, etc. Aunt Fu Guoxiu is also very nice and cleans every day. When we left, the room was a bit messy because of the birthday scene. I was embarrassed. I troubled the aunt to clean it up. o.o In short, I still recommend this hotel.

There is Line 4 on the right hand side of several attractions, but with children do not want to squeeze the subway to take a taxi to the starting price of each attraction, but the Spring Festival travel must increase the price. It is recommended to avoid the Spring Festival. It is good to live here. It is not in popular attractions and will not block the noise. There is a big shopping mall in the subway station, but there is no time to go shopping. There should be some restaurants for eating. Need to improve is that the toilet sink switch is not easy to open, the toilet shower water is very comfortable to wash.

When we entered the hotel, a manager named Chen was at the front desk. He enthusiastically guided us to see the room and introduced the hotel. He also personally brought out the night desserts prepared by the hotel for guests, which was very heartwarming. I saw him again in the restaurant early the next morning. Sincere and dedicated professional managers always make people respect them! Third impression: The mixed noodles for breakfast are really delicious😋 Unfortunately, I wanted to stay for another two days, but unfortunately it happened to be the weekend when the hotel was full, so I failed to do so. I will stay here again next time I come to Nanchang.
