The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this stay. Not only does it have complete facilities and a clean and tidy environment, but it also provides thoughtful and considerate services, making me feel at home. The hotel is in a very good location, with a subway station just outside. Neil, the front desk staff, is very enthusiastic and gave us a cute little bear. After checking in, they told us there would be afternoon tea, so I went to check it out. The cleaning lady will remember your approximate living hours, and the lobby manager and the doorman will chat with you. 3. The Meiling Mountain Scenic Area is behind it. There is no downtown nearby. If you like mountains and rivers and outdoor friends, this place is absolutely suitable, and there is a large hot spring.
