The manager was very helpful and so are the other staff in the hotel. Hotel room was big and with all you need.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns) Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.

Location good, close to May 1st square, some shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable but during my stay in May the air conditioning was not working properly and so couldn't get the room temperature down to below 26c. Staff were lovely and tried to help by giving me a fan but it was still a bit too warm.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for travel, very close to the subway, the waiters are conscientious and enthusiastic, the customer service work is serious, especially the room cleaning staff Aunt Wan Wenhua, who is professional in her work and deserves praise.

The hotel is really old, especially the facilities in the room. The shower head leaks, the water in the shower room is not smooth, and water quickly accumulates. It takes a long time to flush the toilet. The sanitation in the room is very average. There are mosquitoes and small insects. There is no electric mosquito coil. I called the front desk twice before it was sent. Such facilities and sanitation services are really not even as good as three stars. I really don’t know who gave it a five-star rating. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station, and there are many small restaurants opened by locals in the alleys next to the subway station. The food is delicious.

The hotel's breakfast included Nanchang mixed noodles, clay pot soup, white sugar cake, etc. You can also eat them in the hotel if you don't have to queue up outside. I mixed it myself and it was quite delicious. The clay pot soup was also very nice!

This is a very cost-effective hotel, a long-established five-star hotel with an obvious geographical advantage. You can walk to the Bayi Square Art Museum and other places. It is also not far from the subway entrance. The breakfast is quite rich. Compared with the price of more than 500 yuan during the May Day holiday, it is a family room, which is unbeatable!

I booked a standard room, which was bigger than expected, especially the bathroom, which also had a large bathtub 🛁, and the refrigerator 🧊 had a good cooling effect. The hotel is a standard five-star hotel, but the facilities are relatively old and the overall sanitary condition is good.

The room hygiene is worrying. Why is a listed five-star hotel worse than an economy hotel? I saw that some places in the hotel rooms have not been cleaned for half a year. I reported the hygiene of the room to the front desk. At first, I asked the room attendant to check it, but there was no solution. Later, the room supervisor was asked to solve it. He said to change the room, but I didn’t accept it. Later, the room supervisor said to find the lobby manager. I kept waiting there. That’s also called handling. After waiting for 40 minutes, he called and said he just received the message. I want to ask you if you have a sense of time? You five-star hotels don’t deal with problems face to face with guests. Why did you call after 40 minutes? Later, no one came to solve the problem. In the end, I stayed in such a poorly hygienic room for one night. With such hygienic conditions, who would dare to go next time?
