The reservation was made at the Pullman and was upgraded to the Steigenberger Hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel. To be honest, the hygiene of this hotel is worse than every time, it is visibly dirty. There was a layer of dust on the mirror, there were spots on the carpet, and the edges and seams of the room were all gray. The hotel concierge is useless and has a very bad attitude.

The receptionist at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, answered my questions patiently, and proactively provided me with a lot of useful suggestions. The room service was also very considerate and the room was cleaned in time every day, which made me feel at ease. Finally, I would like to thank your hotel for your breakfast service. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes very good, allowing me to start my day with a wonderful taste experience every day. The hotel is in a great location. Although the room was much more expensive than the day before, considering the location and the room's acceptability, I decided to stay for another day. The front desk clerk was very dedicated and asked if we needed to change the bed sheets and quilt covers, and immediately arranged for someone to clean so that we could rest at noon. The parking lot is also very large. As long as it is not too far from the entrance, you can always find a parking space. The facilities are old, but I want towels. Timely updates of bed sheets and quilt covers will make up for the shortcomings of old facilities.

I returned to Nanchang from Shanghai to celebrate the New Year, visit the elderly and reunite with my family. Because my family had booked a New Year's Eve dinner at Jialait, for convenience, I also booked a 6-day and 5-night family suite (accommodating 3 people) at the hotel. After staying for 5 nights, my old father felt quite satisfied. The main reason is that the hotel's buffet breakfast is very rich and tastes good. Moreover, the breakfast time during the New Year is 7:00-11:00, which is very suitable. The hotel is an old-fashioned 5-star configuration, and the decoration style is a popular element 10 years ago, but it is well maintained. The central air-conditioning is too powerful, and the temperature in winter is very hot. Later, I opened a little window and it felt okay. The hotel's customer service/cleaning aunt, the restaurant staff, the service is very good, warm and polite. Auntie Xia Hongying comes to clean every day and greets my father warmly and wishes him a happy new year. Not bad👍👍 At breakfast every day, the restaurant receptionist greets my father warmly and jokes politely. Very good, nice. This time when I went to Nanchang, my friend recommended me to stay in the new district, so I chose the Hilton Honggutan, which is close to the subway station. As always, it was clean and hygienic. Although there were some minor problems, they were solved quickly. Finally, I would like to thank Xiao Zhang at the front desk for his help. The breakfast was good and the children were happy.

Hotel locates beside the Ganjiang River. the scenery is amzing,and Their service was aweful, especially Ms. Clover. if any chance，I will choose again.

The service of a five-star hotel is still very good. There is also an account manager to contact in advance. If you have any questions, you can ask them at any time. Our account manager Penny is very enthusiastic. The hotel is in a good location, you can see the river view, and the night view is beautiful. It is close to Tengwang Pavilion, and takeout is also very convenient. There are robots that can deliver to the room

Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆
