Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

The room is very comfortable and the hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Wanshou Palace, Tengwang Pavilion and Dashuyuan and can be reached by walking. The service attitude of the hotel is also very good. They are willing to provide help. They are smiling and friendly everywhere they go. The hotel's toothbrush is the most comfortable I've ever stayed in. It doesn't bleed when I brush it. They all want to connect. The candies at the front desk are also delicious. Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Super invincible and full marks. I brought my parents to Nanchang to visit. For convenience, I booked a parent-child room. The location is very good. It is very close to the Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion. There is also the subway within two steps. The room is very big. Everything at the front desk is super clean. The young brothers, young ladies, and the cleaning aunts are all so polite and it seems that the usual training is very good. Their affection is better than that of a large number of hotels that are much more expensive! ! ! Special praise to the front desk guy who accidentally stained the sheets at around three o'clock in the middle of the night. He went to the front desk to find someone. Before I even got there, he stood up to say hello and gave me a brand new sheet and duvet cover. Thank you very much. ! ! ! ! Don’t go anywhere next time, just stay here! ! !

The hotel's service is first-rate. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Xiao Ran at the front desk came to greet us warmly, helped with our luggage, and guided us through the check-in procedures. The front desk staff was friendly and smiling, and the check-in process was very fast. They also patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and services to us. During our stay, the staff always responded to our needs in a timely manner, whether it was delivering things to the room or helping to solve some minor problems, they were handled quickly and effectively, making people feel meticulous care.

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

Not bad, took the kids to experience the high-speed train sleeper travel, the time was a bit early, so I had to find a hotel close to Nanchang West Station But it's still a bit far to walk there We took a taxi very quickly The environment is good overall, the staff is very considerate and professional Booked a twin room, but only the one near the high-speed train station was too noisy So I had to change to a king-size bed room Originally they said they couldn't refund the price difference The platform booking price was 76 yuan different Later they negotiated and refunded 50 yuan

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.
