L'hotel si trova su una strada di passaggio, comodo per chi fa una tappa intermedia in un viaggio (come ho fatto io). Ha il parcheggio per l'auto gratuito, ottimo il ristorante (ma arrivate prima delle 20 altrimenti non si mangia). La camera è abbastanza vecchia, ma per una notte va più che bene. Il personale gentile e ospitale.

Chambre petite mais suffisante,lit de matelas très très médiocre,salle de bain avec douche convenable mais avec des rejets d' odeur d égout,
La chambre est située côté rue donc beaucoup de bruit dû au passage des voitures.
Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
Bon accueil à la réception.
Me concernant pour une nuit ok mais pas plus.
Je tiens à signaler que la chambre est du côté ancien bâtiment!!

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance .
Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer.
Nous sommes partis ailleurs.
ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€.
ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer.
Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.

INADMISSIBLE ! MANQUE D'HUMANITÉ.. HONTE À VOUS ! Laisser une femme qui vient de traverser la France, dans les couloirs de votre hôtel, devant la porte de sa chambre qui ne fonctionne pas PARCE QU'IL EST 22H PASSÉ ET QUE LE CHECKING C'EST 22H MAX....! Et vous osez me répondre PAR SMS (sûrement de peur que le client soit trop insistant) que vous ne ferez rien avant le lendemain matin.....!!!! J'AI LES CAPTURES D'ÉCRAN DE NOS ÉCHANGES, PREUVES DE VOTRE MANQUE DE PROFESSIONNALISME ET MÊME D'HUMANITÉ..

Our Stay
We have previously stayed at this hotel. We found the staff extremely courteous and friendly. The food was very good with a good variety of food available from the menu. Breakfast was good and caters for all dietary needs.
Our room was at the rear of the stablishment and was quite quiet.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Nous n'avons pas su rentrer dans l'hôtel car il faisait noté pas de check in après 22H, et nous avons réservé après 22H et au lieu de prévenir la réservation a été acceptée et payée pour rien. J'aurais donc voulu un remboursement

We hebben 1 overnachting gedaan en het is prima bevallen. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon Ook de bedden zijn prima We hadden gereserveerd voor het diner,wat achteraf een goede keuze was. We hebben heerlijk gegourmet,ruim voldoende en gevarieerd. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed,leuk detail vonden wij dat we zelf een eitje konden bakken.
