Anthony, a trainee at the concierge, was super friendly and helpful. Super professionalism made my stay rewarding. The breakfast was very good but the room wifi was very weak and cannot be connected. Location is great and restaurant Kilimanjaro, riverside shuttle station are within walking distance.

We checked in after arriving in Nairobi. The staff at hotel were really polite especially at the front desk. We were able to exchange money which was great and saved us the hassle of searching for another place. We wanted to go to the Masai Market and asked the concierge how much it would cost for them to organise a car. It was extremely overpriced at $40 for a return journey. We ended up downloading the uber app and paid around $8 dollars for a return trip! Definitely useful to download Uber! The room was clean enough and we had a great night's sleep as we were shattered from the journey.

Participating in the project business negotiation meeting is relatively close to the foreign unit, and choosing to stay in this hotel also shows our identity. This hotel is also the most luxurious hotel in the city, with first-class facilities and first-class service. Breakfast was excellent, and Ctrip prices were moderate.

It was my first time to stay EKA. I arrived 8 hours before check-in time, having made a booking for one night. Unfortunately, my connection flight was on the same day, meaning that I wasn't spending a night in the Hotel. So grateful to have been allowed early check-in at no additional cost. A plus on flexibility of hotel management. Staff were generally warm, professional and willing to help. I will certainly be back!

The room and environment were both OK. The main reason was that there was a riot in Nairobi. I was afraid that I would miss the flight the next day. I gave up the hotel in the city center that night and found a hotel near the airport. And because there was an airport shuttle, I was sure to catch the flight the next day.

One family has one small house. We live in a house with 2 rooms, one for the child and one for the adults. It is very clean and cozy inside. The child said that he slept so comfortably the next day. This is a homestay. The owner is an elderly couple, but they are very warm and loving. Although it is a bit far from the city center, the taxi will not exceed 1,000 shillings. The environment is beautiful.

I have been in Africa for almost a month and haven’t exercised much. I just found out that there is a gym in the hotel today, even though I had a sore back and worked hard for half an hour. I still feel the need to tell everyone. The climate in Kenya is really good, neither hot nor cold. After exercising, it is really enjoyable to sit on the sofa in the yard and drink a bottle of water. The African-style metal decoration on the wall is also very attractive. By the way, the general manager David is a local and greets me at breakfast basically every morning, which feels very good.

Good hotel in a safe location with friendly staff. Since the setup of their WIFI isn't done correctly, some email accounts are not working although those accounts are fully compatible with the WIFI of all the other hotels and Safari.com provider as well.

Traveling to Nairobi to participate in business negotiations to stay at this hotel, the hotel environment is good, the room layout is relatively warm, especially the service is very attentive. The nearby nightlife and dining are convenient, and the National Museum is just over a kilometer away. Hotel breakfast quality needs to be improved.
