The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

Very comfortable stay, and very courteous staff. Large studio apartment with all modern amenities, including Airconditioning & Bidet. Excellent location with access to the mall. I suggest including at least a Coffee Percolator in the room. Will definitely consider staying here again. Only negative was the pricing, which hopefully was high only temporarily.

I stayed for two weeks in March, and it was a very comfortable one. My two-week stay was also extremely pleasant. the shops in the buidling and the grocery store are very convenient.The staff are very polite. They are also eager to help, whichever would make my stay a beautiful experience.

I am so happy with the hospitality and the facility the staff friendly ness and so helpful. The hotel manager has given us good rate staff anthony help me to watch cricket match so i will really appreciate his help the location is so nearby we dont have to pay for taxi so happy with the location

Excellent location and amenities, very friendly staff, well equipped and nicely designed rooms. will definitely stay here again! Location is good to getting around Nairobi as well, with easy access to the main roads. Very convenient with the shopping mall at the bottom

Very comfortable and well-appointed self-sufficient suites. The location is good, the staff are really friendly and the heated pool and gym are a pleasure after a hard day. This is my 3rd stay at Broadwalk in the past four months and I would highly recommend.
