Family-friendly Hotels in Nairobi

My stay was amazing, great hotel the hotel safe were very helpful great staff, breakfast was delicious choice of meal and fruits all fresh , the in house amenities was fantastic, and the location was really nice for me . Rest assured I will be visiting again. Thanks you La Maison Royal. My overall experience was above expectations due to the bad reviews. Am happy I made my own decision. I was not disappointed

Very satisfied with the hotel, from the security guard to the front desk to the hotel manager, they are all enthusiastic and smiling. The bar and restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very convenient for eating. I was particularly touched that the beautiful woman who looked like the lobby manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. Due to language barriers, I can only simply say ”thank you”. I will stay here again when I go to Kenya next year. Thank you again!

The room was nice, the service was good, there was a security check at the entrance, it was very safe, it was connected to a large shopping mall, the music next door was played until 11 o'clock, it was a bit noisy, but it was acceptable, it was nice to take a short break after a long flight

The last night I booked in Kenya was going for French food. The environment is very good. In the embassy area, enter the security check. The hotel in 193 years is impeccable except for the old equipment.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever. I could go on and on who it how great it is. The room came with a huge sitting area and had the skyline of Nairobi at night. It had a washing machine , iron, two TVs (one in room and one in lounge room), a full kitchen with dish washer , microwave , coffee maker, stove , oven , refrigerator, cutlery, bar table counter and chairs. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I slept like a baby. The hotel also had a heater outdoor pool unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it as it was a work trip and I was busy. The restaurant had the most delicious buffets and the staff are great. Customer service was excellent.

The service was a bit slow at the restaurant.They need renovate the rooms.Everything from furniture to the towels were very old.

The hotel is very British, but the facilities are a bit too old and the sound insulation is particularly bad

It is located in a high-end residential area of ​​Nairobi. I rented a room in an apartment where rich locals live. There were some unpleasant things, such as ants in the room and the toilet not flushing due to water outages, but other than that it was very good. I think it can't be helped since it's a high-end apartment. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave, so you can cook. There is also a balcony, so you can do your laundry. The owner, Rose, was very kind and went to the supermarket with me. Nairobi is a dangerous city, but this was the only place where I could stay safely. There were many security guards, so it was very safe. I took a taxi for everything except going to the supermarket, but I felt safe when I returned to the accommodation. If you don't mind small things like ants, I recommend you use this place. I think it's a very reliable area in terms of safety.

I was worried that the hotel was far from the city center, but after I lived, I knew how correct this choice was. The city center is really too chaotic, and traffic jams are also very serious. So I feel very comfortable back to the elegant hotel. The room was a bit simplistic, but the restaurant was very family-friendly, the garden was lovely and the breakfast was good. The service is also very gentle and polite, and the overall satisfaction.
