Spa Hotels in Naha

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The service attitude of the staff was truly outstanding. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s commitment to hospitality really stood out. The rooms were super clean and spacious, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean: hairs on the beds and hairs in the shower. (See picture) Location is not super close to the main attractions. 10 minutes walking to the mononrail. 20 minutes to the min nightlife street. Breakfast is good. Pool is fine but small.

The location is good and the cleanliness is good. The staff there are also service oriented. The hotel have a lounger where u can rest and have coffee while you wait for your transport or room. I drove there and the staff will help to park the car for you. Note there are additional codt of 1500yen for parking at their location. The room have basic amenities and if you need more you can go down to the lobby to get more

Located just next to the station, if you drive parking is available. It costs 2000yen per night. About 10-15 mins walk to 國際通. Free flow of drinks and ice cream until 10pm, and ramen from 8:30-9:30 . After 10pm, the area is still open and you can eat and gather with friends on the 2nd floor. There are coin laundry on 2/F The room is clean and many hangers available, which is very useful in winter time to hang all the jackets and coats

I like it so much that there are almost no shortcomings. It is located near the main Kokusai-dori and you can reach the hotel in 15 minutes by taxi. The environment downstairs is also very good, and it is very quiet without the crowds of tourists. The soundproof glass is very good. You can hardly hear the sound of cars on the road. The things used by this company are very high-end. The bath is given a full set of L'Occitane, and the skin care products are all prepared for you, including a small DHC bag. As for the hot spring, I especially like that there are not too many people, both indoors and outdoors. They also provide clothes for going to the hot spring, which is very considerate. Great location, right in the center of Naha Kokosai Dori, staff is very helpful whenever we ask for some information . Friendly service which is expected from Japanese custom. Room is cleaned daily unless you tell them not to and it has a nice tub. Love their toiletries they provide as you can feel some luxuries. Easy to get to from airport . Highly recommend to stay here

Feel like this room is smaller than general Japan’s hotel rooms. You can’t really open a luggage larger than 24inches unless your luggage are those front opening ones. I am travelling solo with a 20inches lugg so it’s fine for me but there is not much space for me to put my souvenirs(don’t wanna put them on the floor). If you got more than 1 large luggage and plan to buy lots of souvenirs, then you need to consider booking a larger room or other hotels. However, the bed was larger than it was shown in the pics. There is no wardrobe, you could hang your clothes on the rack. Room lowest temperature is 20 degrees so sometimes I still feel hot. Also, the other drawback is the fridge isn’t cold at all. Feels like room temperature so better not to put food inside!! Front desk can’t really speak English but they tried their best to help with everything so 10/10 for service! Please be aware that there is a machine on each floor that looks like coin exchange but it’s for VOD. I admit it’s my fault that I didn’t read the sign. However, front desk refunded after I explained the issue. Forgot my room key & gave me a new one without any charges. Service was better than many luxurious hotels👍🏻 Around 6 minutes walk to monorail and DFS mall. Hotel is very easy to find. Main place mall is just opposite the hotel, a few convenience stores nearby. Less than 10 minutes walk to local tour pick up spot. Didn’t try the hot spring and buffet breakfast but there are many restaurants in Main place mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and not as crowded as International Street.

The location is very advantageous. It takes 15 minutes to drive to Naha Airport, and the taxi fare is 2,000 yen. The environment is quiet. Turn left when you go out. There are two 24-hour convenience stores, Family Mart and Rasho. Turn right when you walk to the main road and you will see the main place. There are food supermarkets, agricultural and sideline products, and fruits. They are very rich and affordable, especially sushi and sashimi. A box of 24 pieces of sashimi is only 950 yen (47 RMB). Japanese strawberries are also delicious, and the price of a box is 690 yen (34 RMB). The citrus is very sweet and not sour. There are many restaurants to choose from in the mall (Japanese, Western, and Chinese). In front is the Okinawa Prefectural Museum, which often has many exhibitions. On the left hand is Toys R Us, and next to it is a large supermarket, with Uniqlo (cheaper than in China) and Muji, and a shopping mall specializing in sportswear, which often has discounted products of many brands and is very cost-effective. Go north for 1.4 kilometers and you will reach Kokusai-dori. The hotel is designed in the style of a southern French resort. The 35-square-meter room is quite spacious. The bathroom is a little cramped. There is no separate shower room, so you have to stand in the bathtub to wash. The breakfast is divided into three types: buffet, Japanese set meal, and Western set meal, all of which are very exquisite. There will never be crowding or empty plates in the buffet, and the waiters will replenish the meals in a timely manner. The service in Japan is simply the best in the world. Although the bathroom is small, it is very clean, especially all kinds of towels are given a lot. There are at least 4 bath towels, 4 face towels, and 4 hand towels in a room for 2 people. The room is cleaned twice a day. The hotel service staff always greets with a smile and is timely and thoughtful.

I was very happy to stay here, there’s pick up & drop off service at the airport, the staffs are very nice and kind, everyone provide me a lot of flavor. It takes around 20 mins walk to Kokosai Dori Street. If you rent the car, you can find the parking around there or park at the hotel with ¥1500/day and I think it’s easy to drive to ooutside the town. Although it’s surrounded by love hotel but I think I still feel safe. and it’s quite close to airport, it takes only 10-15 mins.
