Naha Hotels with Pools

staying in comfortable and cleanness room with delicious breakfast. Due to business trip, I didn't use any facilities like infinity pool and sky bar, but these facilities would make me superb and enjoyable experience in okinawa.

Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

Hyatt Regency Naha is a good base when travelling to Okinawa. It is close to Kokusai Dori, a long street with shops and restaurants, smaller markets, and the pottery street. It is about a 10-min walk to the monorail. It is also a short taxi ride to the port to get a ferry to another island and the Naha airport. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced for a modest selection. There's a lot of places to eat in the area, however. Staff are wonderful and helpful.

Besides the bad weather, the hotel and its surroundings were neat and clean. Unfortunately, the closest seaside is not as nice as stated online, and it is a little bit troublesome to get there. But the staff is very helpful in booking restaurants and rent-a-cars, so with a little bit of extra planning and driving you can get to beautiful seasides easily from the hotel. Also, the price-included hot spring was very basic, while the other really nice one was expensive.

The location is very close to Shouli City and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. The hotel is not far from Naha IC AC. It is not too traffic jam to go out on the highway in the morning. There is a family on the first floor of the hotel, from 07:00 to 24:00, it is very convenient to buy breakfast, buy milk, buy instant noodles, buy bubble. The front desk staff explained the accommodation service very carefully. The first time I got the wooden door card, I was very textured. As for whether there is a Chinese service, I don't know, because I didn't meet the Chinese service staff this time. This time I stayed on the high floor and had a good view. The room is a room type with two double beds, but the Japanese double bed is just bigger than the single bed. It is not recommended that families with more than Chinese students book this room type, which is more suitable for families with primary school students or young children. The cleaning staff is very dedicated to sorting out the room.

Their breakfast as a buffet was currently out of service due to the COVID-19 hence they’re offering a Bento box instead. I requested non seafood meals since I have an allergy for any seafood meat when I checked in for my 3-night-stay at the reception. First breakfast was ok since it was vegetarian meal, however secondly and thirdly were terrible for me since it contained fish meat and anchovies. Staffs gave me a back to back excuses for their miscommunication, which made me feel uncomfortable. Even if they have done it once, I couldn’t have accepted their apology since allergy for food is very sensitive matter for human. And seems they’re just pretending like they understand the importance of food allergy. Their customer manager came to ask me my entire experience regarding breakfast when I checked out, which was just their lessons learned.... and it brought me anger again... It was totally waste of my time. I’ll consider if I stay this hotel again or not.

I have stayed many deluxe hotels in downtown Naha area, but this is by far the best hotel for following reasons; 1. Quality of room Descent space (much larger than typical Japanese standard). Good amenity including bathrobes, FREE minibar (beer, Japanese tea, bottled water etc.). Hotel is new; opened in 2020 and cleanness of room is excellent. Soundproof excellent. Toilet and bathtub is well separated and spacious. 2. Facilities Gym + Outside pool available. Only hotel in Kokusai-Dodri area which has such nice amenities. 3. Location Located in central Naha area (Kokusai Dori) with everything within walking distance ( Don Quixote, Starbucks etc.). No other hotel can beat this location!! I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfortable stay in downtown Naha.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

After searching around, we decided to stay at this hotel. The location and service were great, and the hotel met all of our expectations with a large public bath and a pool. Breakfast was also included one day, and it was a very satisfying stay with a selection of Okinawan dishes at a reasonable price. The room was also nicely cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were all very kind, and we would like to stay at this hotel again when we visit Okinawa. Thank you very much for your help this time. My husband and I had a great trip and were able to create wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

Location of the hotel is very good, near Naha. The turn into the parking lot is very sharp and sudden, but plenty of free parking. Diamond status was recognized ahead of time and I was upgraded, which not expected given the class of hotel, but it was appreciated. The upgrade was minor to a slightly more spacious room and a higher floor. No separate check in line for elite members, however the staff was very quick to check people in. There was also a happy hour with free drinks available for diamond members, although I did not partake. The room itself is larger than most Japanese style business hotel rooms I am used to staying in for business. I was given a room with two twin size beds, but the beds were very comfortable and sleep was excellent. There wasn't any significant noise from the outside so it is great for light sleepers. The room had plenty of outlets and was laid out very nicely, more modern than any Doubletree in the United States, for a point of comparison. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a special ala carte menu available for diamond elite members. Diamond members were also seated in a separate section. The food was great with a good selection of Western food and many Japanese options. All the food was excellent quality, from the soba to the taco rice. A few changes from day to day, but enough selection that breakfast did not feel tired at all even after a week. Great hotel to stay in the area, I was very impressed, especially with the breakfast.
